It’s a busy area and the address can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely. We started this food business because we wanted to do something local and manageable. The space isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with how we store our ingredients and where we do the prep work. It’s a lot of manual labor, really. We don't have fancy automated lines. It’s mostly hands-on, checking every bag and making sure things are packed tight. Vinod is usually around keeping an eye on things, and the rest of us just dig in. The smell of food is always in the air here, which is nice most days. We get a lot of foot traffic nearby, so there is always a bit of a buzz outside. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters. We just write down our orders in a ledger and get to work. Sometimes we run out of space and have to move things around three times just to find a specific pallet. It’s a bit chaotic, but it’s our kind of chaos. We just want to make sure the food we send out is something we’d eat ourselves. No big promises, just real work every day.
