M R Warerkar Associates Pvt Ltd

Our office is at D-210 in Shahpur Jat. If you've ever been to Shahpur Jat in Delhi, you know it's a maze of narrow lanes and old buildings mixed with new shops. We are near Jackon Park and just behind the Panchsheel Club. M R Warerkar Associates Pvt Ltd has been here for a long time. We do architectural and associate work. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people in the shops nearby and the guys who deliver the tea. The office is usually full of drawings and big folders. 110049 is our area. It’s a bit of a struggle to find parking sometimes, so most people just walk from the main gate. The building is solid, but it shows its age in some places. We don't mind it. It’s a creative neighborhood to be in. We just get on with our projects, sitting at our desks and talking through whatever we are working on. There is no corporate lobby or fancy coffee machine. We just have a regular kettle and some old chairs. It works for us. We like the vibe of Shahpur Jat; it keeps things from feeling too stiff. We just show up, do the drawings, and try to finish things on time. It’s a honest day's work in a very busy part of the city. We enjoy being tucked away in these little streets.
