M R Machinery

Our shop, M R Machinery, is at Plot No. B 9 in B Block of Sarita Vihar. We are quite close to the State Bank of India ATMs, which makes us easy to find if you are in the area. We deal with various types of machines used in small factories or for construction. The space is filled with crates and heavy equipment that we move around with a small trolley. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s more of a place where things get moved, checked, and sent out. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or explaining to a customer how to get a motor started. We aren't big on formal talk or wearing suits. We usually just wear old clothes because you never know when you’ll have to crawl under a machine to see why it’s leaking oil. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise early in the morning. We’ve been at this plot for a good while. People come to us because they know we won’t try to sell them something they don't actually need. If a machine can be fixed with a simple part, that's what we tell them. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and it keeps people coming back when they have problems. We just keep our heads down and do the work. There's always something to be unloaded or a machine to be tested before it leaves.
