M O Urban Development

We are located in R K Puram, specifically at 1007 Sector 7 in New Delhi. It’s a government-heavy area, so things feel pretty official around here. M O Urban Development is our small outfit where we look at maps, plans, and various city projects. Our office isn't very large, just a couple of rooms filled with blueprints and some older computers. The 110022 zip code is a busy part of the capital, and we see a lot of people moving through the sector every day. We don’t really have a marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. It’s just us sitting at our desks, often with piles of paper that need to be stamped or reviewed. The air conditioner hums in the background, trying its best to keep up with the Delhi heat. We’ve spent a lot of time learning the ins and outs of how the city works. Sometimes the bureaucracy is a bit much, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t make big promises or use fancy words. We just look at what’s in front of us and try to figure out the best way forward for the projects we’re given. It’s steady work, and we’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now. Most of our lunch breaks are spent at the local stalls nearby. It’s a basic life, but it keeps us busy and productive.
