We are located at 92-A in Vinoba Puri, right in the heart of Lajpat Nagar II. You have to come up to the 3rd floor to find us. New Delhi 110 024 is the pin code, but most people just look for the landmarks in the market. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the rooftops, but the walk up can be tiring if you’re not used to it. The office is an older style apartment-turned-workspace. It’s got that classic Lajpat Nagar feel—a bit cramped but very functional. We have desks pushed against the walls and stacks of folders that have been there for years. M L Ratra Associates is a small operation, and we like it that way. It’s mostly just us handling the daily paperwork and meeting with people who drop by. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the Delhi heat away. We often order lunch from the small eateries downstairs because the food in Vinoba Puri is actually quite good. It’s not a fancy office hub with glass walls. It’s just a place with wooden desks, some old tubelights, and a lot of work getting done. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and know most of the shopkeepers on the ground floor by name. It’s just how things are in this part of the city.
