Luna Nuova Infracorp Private Limited

Our office for Luna Nuova Infracorp Private Limited is at S No 1100111, Bldg No 24 on Alandi Road in Yeravada. Specifically, we are in flat F-1. It is a bit of a long address to write down every time. Being in Pune, the weather is usually nice, but the Alandi Road area can get very congested during rush hour. Our office is inside a regular residential building, which makes it feel quite private. We have set up a few desks in the main room where we handle all the infrastructure planning. There are always stacks of paper and empty tea cups sitting around. We don't have a secretary or a big reception area; you just come in and find us working. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working on the computer to keep our projects organized. Yeravada is a familiar place to us, and we like being based here. The building is older, so the elevator is a bit slow, but we don't mind the stairs. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go to get away from the screens for five minutes. We are just a group of people trying to run an infra company without any big corporate drama. We do our own filing and handle the site visits ourselves. It is a simple setup that works for the kind of work we do. We have been in this flat for a long time.
