Lst Builders Private Limited is based in Dwarka, specifically at Flat No-11 on the ground floor of Sector 18A. We are part of the Vijay Veer Awash Yojana complex. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to some of the busier parts of Delhi. We chose this ground floor flat because it’s easy for our workers and clients to pop in and out. We mainly focus on building and repair work in the Dwarka area. Our office isn't filled with expensive furniture. It’s mostly just shelves of files, some computer screens, and a place to sit and talk. We’ve been doing this for several years and have seen the area change a lot. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do solid work on the projects we take on. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us here in the morning getting the day’s plan ready before we head out to the sites. We don't have any polished speeches or marketing tricks. If someone needs a wall built or a floor tiled, we just give them a price and get to work. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it keeps our clients coming back. The Dwarka address is our home base where we handle the boring office stuff so we can get back to the actual building. It isn't much to look at, but it’s where all the planning and hard work starts. We are just local builders trying to do things the right way for the people here.
