Locus Apparel

We’re based in D-6/6 in Phase-II of the Okhla Industrial Area. If you know Okhla, you know it’s a place where things are constantly being made. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action. Locus Apparel is where we spend most of our waking hours. The building is solid and functional, which is exactly what we need for this type of work. We have rows of machines and piles of fabric everywhere you look. It’s noisy and dusty, but it’s a productive kind of noise. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You usually just walk in and find someone at a desk covered in papers. We’ve been here for a good number of years now and have seen many businesses come and go. The roads in Phase-II can be a bit of a mess, especially when it rains, so we all wear sensible shoes. We focus on getting the garments right and meeting our deadlines. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big run. We’re just regular people working hard in an industrial zone. There’s a tea stall just around the corner that we visit way too often. We like the grit of the area; it keeps us focused on the actual work instead of just looking good. It's a lot of standing and moving things around but we don't mind it much.
