LIVGRACE HOME DEVELOPERS LLP is located over in East Delhi, specifically in Vasundhra Enclave. Our office is C-1/307 in Capital Apartment, which is on Plot No. 3. It’s a quiet enough area for New Delhi standards, which we really like. Being home developers, we spend a lot of our time thinking about spaces where people live, so being based in an apartment complex like Capital Apartment actually makes sense for us. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. Most of our day is spent at this desk or out checking on how things are going with our various building projects. The 110096 area is where we do most of our work. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the other side of town, but for us, it’s just the daily routine. We don’t have a massive corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular office inside a residential building. It feels more personal that way. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to, and we handle all the development tasks from here. LIVGRACE HOME DEVELOPERS LLP started with the idea of just getting things built right. We aren’t interested in the flashy side of things. We just want to make sure the homes we develop are solid and that the work is moving along as it should. There are always challenges, but we just deal with them as they come up.
