We operate out of the Regus Business Center on the third level of Vasant Square Mall in Vasant Kunj, Sector B. Litera Software India is one of those companies that uses the shared office space setup in Pocket V. It’s quite convenient because everything like the internet and cleaning is already handled. Our actual office area is just a regular room with desks and computers. It’s professional but not stuffy. Being in a mall means there is always somewhere to grab a coffee or a quick bite to eat, which is a nice perk. Vasant Kunj is a busy part of South West Delhi, and you can feel that energy when you walk through the mall to get to the elevators. We spend our hours working on different software projects. The team is small, so we all know what everyone else is working on. There isn't much hierarchy here; we just get on with it. Sometimes we meet in the common lounge area for a chat, but mostly we are at our desks. It’s a practical way to run a business without having to worry about maintaining a whole building. We moved here because it’s a central spot for the team to reach. The lighting is good, the air conditioning works, and we have enough space for our monitors. It’s a simple setup for people who just want to do their tech work and not worry about the rest of the overhead.
