We've been over here at A-10 Kotla Mubarakpur for a while now. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and honestly, some days are just a scramble. Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd. isn't some fancy high-rise operation; it’s mostly just us trying to keep things moving and making sure everything tastes right. We spend a lot of time talking about recipes and what people actually want to eat for lunch or dinner. It's not always perfect. Sometimes the delivery truck is late or the weather in Delhi makes everything feel ten times harder. But we show up every morning. We started because we liked the idea of being in the food business, and it turns out there is a lot more paperwork than we thought. Still, we like it here. The neighborhood has a lot of energy. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows their job, though we often end up helping each other out when things get crowded. You won't find us using big words or making promises we can't keep. We just cook and pack and send things out. It’s hard work, but it feels good to see the empty crates at the end of the day. If you're walking around Kotla Mubarakpur, you might see us. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent food company without too much fuss. It gets loud, it gets hot, and that’s just how the kitchen life goes. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we usually spend our money on the equipment. It’s a trade-off we’re okay with.
