LIBRA BUILDWELL LLP is based out in Maandi Village, right off Dera Mandi Road in Mehrauli. It’s a bit of a different vibe out here in South Delhi compared to the city center. We operate from 6 Haveli. It’s a quiet spot, which is nice when you’re trying to sort out building plans and manage workers. We’ve been part of this area for some time now. Dealing with construction and land out here means you see a lot of changes. We aren't big on fancy meetings. Mostly, we just sit down, look at the site maps, and figure out how to get the bricks and cement where they need to go. The roads around Maandi can get a bit tricky during the monsoon, but we make it work. Most of the people working with us live nearby, so it feels like a community effort. We handle the day-to-day stuff of building and development without much fuss. It’s just about getting things built and making sure the foundations are solid. You can find us near the Haveli if you’re driving down towards the village. We like the pace here. It’s busy but not like the middle of Connaught Place. Just a small team doing what we know how to do. We don't promise the world, just that we'll show up and do the work that’s needed on the ground. Some days are long, but seeing a house go up makes it worthwhile for everyone involved.
