Leo Soles

We are over at Bd 59 in Pitam Pura. It’s a standard industrial-type block and we’ve been here for a good while. Our space is mostly taken up by the big molds and the machines we use to make shoe soles. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, as there is always a bit of dust or scraps of rubber on the floor no matter how much we sweep. The smell of the materials is something you just get used to after the first week. We have a small desk near the front door where we keep the invoices and the phone, but most of the action happens in the back. It gets quite warm near the machines, so we keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze. We usually have a few different orders going at the same time, so there are piles of soles in various stages of being finished. It can be a bit chaotic when we are trying to find a specific mold in the storage racks. Most of the guys here have been with us for years and we just get on with the work without a lot of fuss. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a steady one that does the work right. It’s a plain, practical place where we put in our hours and then go home to our families.
