Ldm Home Developers Private Limited is based at 144/1 on the second floor in Krishna Park Extension. We are in West Delhi, 110018. It’s a busy area and being on the second floor gives us a little bit of quiet from the street noise, though not much. We focus on developing homes. It is just a small office where we handle the planning and the legal stuff that comes with building houses. There aren't many of us, so if we are all out at a site, the office stays locked for a bit. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. We just have a water cooler and some plastic chairs for when people come to talk about their projects. Krishna Park is a crowded spot and finding our building can be tricky for newcomers. We are just trying to build decent homes for people in the city. It’s a lot of dealing with the local authorities and making sure the bricks and cement are up to mark. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge international company. We are just a local West Delhi business. Some days are good and some days everything seems to go slow, but that is just how the construction business works in a place like this. We are usually here until late evening trying to finish the paperwork.
