You can find us over in Laxmi Nagar, specifically at No. 29 B in the Kishan Kunj Extension-II area. We are on the second floor. Our day usually starts with a lot of tea and a long list of things to get through. Buildtech sounds like we do something high-tech, but mostly it’s about figuring out building solutions for people who need them. We talk to contractors, look at material costs, and try to make sure projects don't fall behind. Laxmi Nagar is always packed with people and traffic, so getting anything delivered is a bit of a headache. We spend a lot of time coordinating that. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit and work through the details. We’ve got a few computers and a lot of folders. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a while. We don't have any big meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, we just talk across the desks to figure things out. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes things go wrong with a supplier or a site, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That’s just the nature of the business. We are just local people trying to do a decent job for our clients without making a big deal out of it. It takes time, but we eventually get things sorted.
