LAWAD INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Lawad Infrastructure operates out of Bharat Vihar, specifically at Plot No 3-4 and 5. We are on the first floor in Flat No F3, Block D Extension. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the spot. Our team spends most of the day coordinating construction sites and making sure the supplies actually show up. It's a lot of logistical work that people don't really see. We started this business because we knew the area well and saw how much building was happening. It isn't a glamorous office with marble floors, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving between different parts of Delhi to check on progress. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when the monsoon hits and sites get muddy. We just deal with those things as they come up. We don't use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans and try to get the infrastructure built right. The office is usually filled with files and rolls of drawings. It can get a little messy when we are in the middle of a big project, but that's just how it goes. We’ve been in Bharat Vihar for a while now and we like being part of the community here. It’s a busy life but we enjoy it.
