We are located in Mundka, specifically at Plot No-D53 on the ground floor. It’s near the Rajdhani Park Metro Station, so it’s easy for our workers to get here. This part of West Delhi is very industrial. We have our knitting machines set up in this space. It’s a big hall with high ceilings. The noise from the machines can be quite loud when they are all running at once. We specialize in knitwear. It’s a messy business with lint and yarn everywhere, but we try to sweep up every evening. We have a small office tucked in the front where we keep our records and a few samples. The street outside is often muddy if it rains, but that’s just Mundka for you. We’ve been here since we started the company. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We treat each other like family, more or less. We eat lunch together near the main door. We aren’t trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to make decent knits that people can use. Sometimes we have issues with the power, but we have a generator to keep the machines going. It’s a tough business but we enjoy the process of seeing a roll of yarn turn into a piece of clothing. We just keep our heads down and work on the orders we have.
