LANDMARK ASSOCEATE

Landmark Assoceate is set up over on Road No. 1 in the Mahipalpur Extension area, right near National Highway 8. Being so close to the highway means there is always a low hum of engines in the background, which you kind of stop noticing after the first week. We have a small office space where we handle all our meetings and paperwork. It’s a busy part of town because of the airport and all the travelers moving through, so there’s always something happening outside the door. Our team is just a few local people who know the area well. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big lobby. It’s mostly just desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of maps or documents spread out. We spend a lot of time talking to people, either on the phone or when they drop by to ask about local spots or property things. Mahipalpur is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, so we often have to give directions to people who get turned around looking for the main road. The office can get a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we’re just local associates trying to keep our business running and help out the people who come to us with questions. It’s just how we’ve always operated here on Road No. 1.
