Land Discoveries Private Limited

Land Discoveries Private Limited is based out of the Batukji Society in Dwarka Sector 3. Our office is at number 131 on Plot No 5B. Dwarka is quite spread out, and this society is a nice place to have a workspace. It is a bit different from the crowded markets in other parts of Delhi. We spend our days dealing with land-related work, which involves a ton of paperwork and verifying details. The office is basically a room filled with cabinets and a few desks. We don't have a big reception area or fancy rugs. It is just a place to get the job done. Sometimes the printers run out of ink right when we need them, or the internet goes slow, but that is just part of life here. We usually have the windows open to let in some air, even if it gets a bit dusty. Our team is small, so we all know what everyone else is doing. There is no hierarchy where you have to ask three people before making a decision. We just talk it out and move forward. It’s an unpolished way of working, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to handle our land projects properly and keep the records straight. It is honest work and we just take it as it comes.
