Lamorc Digital Private Limited is tucked away at B-251, near Pole-95 in the Maidan area of New Delhi. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you’re not from around here. We tell people to look for the pole number because it’s easier than following the street signs sometimes. The office is where all our digital work happens. We have a lot of computers set up and the hum of the cooling fans is the constant background noise. It’s a simple building, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, it’s just us working through various digital tasks and projects. The Maidan area is okay, though it can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We’ve got a small pantry area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s the place where most of our breaks happen. We aren't a huge company, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We try to keep things straightforward and just get the work done without much fuss. The internet is our lifeline, so we have a couple of backups just in case one goes down suddenly. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation for us. We come in, check the lists, and start clicking away. It’s a solid place to work and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most days, unless a big deadline is staring us in the face. We don't have many meetings, just a lot of focused work on the computers throughout the week.
