Lakshya Software Solutions (Hot Properties India)

Our office is located at 294/3 in Subroto Park, right near the HQ WAC area in New Delhi. It is an interesting mix because we spend our time on software solutions while also keeping track of property listings for Hot Properties India. This means half the day we are staring at computer screens and the other half we are talking to people about various buildings and plots of land. Subroto Park is a bit more open and quiet than the center of the city, which is nice for us. The office itself is very simple. We have a few computers and a lot of maps and property papers scattered around on the tables. It gets quiet when everyone is focused on writing code or updating the information on the website. Then the phones will start ringing with someone asking about a house or a rental, and the pace picks up again. We are not some giant tech company with colorful bean bags or free snacks in the kitchen. We just have a small kettle for making tea and some desks that have been used for a long time. It is a small team working here. We try to keep all the property details as accurate as we can, even when the software side of things takes up a lot of our time. People mostly find us through our property name when they are looking for an investment. We have been in this Subroto Park spot for a bit now, and it works for us.
