Prathibha Garments

We are set up in Ladou Sarai at F-198. It is one of those spots where the roads get a bit tight and you really have to be careful about where you park your scooter. Prathibha Garments is not a huge factory or anything like that, just a local workspace where we focus on getting clothes made. The walls are lined with shelves full of different materials and various patterns we have used over the years. You can usually hear the sound of scissors cutting through heavy cloth if you walk by the door. It gets a bit dusty inside because of all the lint from the fabric, but we try to sweep it all out every evening before we lock up. The lighting is not the best in the back room, but the tailors have been doing this so long they know what they are doing by feel almost. We get people coming in asking for all sorts of work, and we just do what we can with the machines we have on the floor. It is a simple operation, and most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad unless it rains and the lanes get muddy. We do not have a big sign out front or a fancy reception area for visitors. It is mostly just a few rooms filled with worktables and sewing stations. We keep our heads down and work through the orders.
