Our office is up on the fourth floor, Office No-405 to be exact. Somdutt Chambers II is one of those big, busy buildings in Bikaji Cama Place. If you’ve ever been to number 9, you know the elevators can be a bit of a wait during the morning rush. We spend most of our time inside these walls at L. M. S. Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It’s a standard office setup with desks, some old computers, and plenty of paperwork stacked in the corners. The view from the window is mostly just other concrete buildings and the busy streets of Delhi down below. Bikaji Cama Place always feels like it’s in a hurry. People are constantly rushing through the plazas and grabbing coffee from the little stalls downstairs. We’re just one small part of that. The air conditioning sometimes hums a bit too loud, and we usually have a few files that need filing, but we stay on top of the work. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the door if someone knocks. We’ve got a small pantry where the kettle is always on, which helps on the long afternoons. It’s a practical place to be. We are right in the heart of the city’s business hub, which makes things easier even if the parking is a total nightmare every single day.
