Okhla Industrial Area is a busy place to be, and we are located at D-15/2 in Phase-1. Kwality Overseas Pvt. Ltd. has been here for years, through all kinds of weather and changes in the area. It is a solid building with plenty of space for what we do. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or expensive furniture. Most of what we have is functional and has been with us since the start. There is always a lot of activity, with people moving crates and checking labels. It can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when we are trying to get things ready for the evening. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know that if we don't do the work right, it doesn't get done at all. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us for a long time and some newer faces. We all just get along and do our jobs. Sometimes the traffic in Okhla is a nightmare, but once you get inside the gates, it’s just the usual routine. We focus on the overseas side of things from this one spot. It’s just a normal business with normal people working hard every day. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand.
