Kushal Malik Architect

We work out of Mohan Garden in Uttam Nagar, specifically at Extension 78. It’s a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. Kushal Malik is usually busy on the phone or out at a site, but there’s always someone here at the desk. We do a lot of residential work for people in the neighborhood. The office is small and filled with cabinets of old blueprints. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. People usually find us because they saw a house we designed down the street. It’s a lot of measuring rooms and figuring out where the plumbing should go. Sometimes we have tea with the clients while looking at their sketches on a napkin. We use simple tools and decent computers to get the job done. The walls are covered in photos of finished buildings and some half-finished sketches. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby, but that’s just part of being in this area. We take things one day at a time. If someone needs a wall moved or a new balcony, we figure out how to make it safe and legal. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local community. We don't promise miracles, just solid plans that builders can actually follow without getting confused or making mistakes on the job site.
