Kumar Moorthy & Associates is located in Vasant Kunj, specifically over in C-9/9250. We are pretty close to Bloom Public School, which is a good landmark if you are coming over for the first time. The office is basically where all the thinking and drawing happens. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a long time and have seen the neighborhood grow. It’s a quiet area mostly, which helps when you need to focus on architecture and planning. We don't really do the whole flashy office thing. It is more about the drawings on the walls and the files stacked on the shelves. There are a few of us here who have been working together for ages. We know how each other thinks, which makes the long days easier. Usually, we are busy with site visits or sitting through meetings about floor plans. We handle a lot of the technical stuff that people don't always see. It’s not always glamorous work, dealing with permits and checking measurements, but it’s what we do. People come to us because they want a solid plan for their building. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized. If you’re in the Vasant Kunj area, you’ve probably walked past our building without even realizing it. We like it that way, just keeping things simple and steady.
