Kts Associates

Kts Associates is based right in New Delhi. Being in the capital of India means we are surrounded by a lot of noise and constant movement, which is something you just get used to when you work here. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can gather and do our associate work. We don't have a specific street address listed because we tend to work across different spots in the city, but New Delhi is our main home. The group of us here has been working together for a few years now. We usually spend our time coordinating different tasks and making sure the paperwork for our various projects is in order. It is the kind of place where the tea kettle is always on and there is usually a stack of newspapers sitting on the corner table. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most days it’s just jeans and shirts while we sit at our laptops. The city can be a bit overwhelming with the heat and the traffic, but we have our routine down. We aren't a huge corporation with departments for everything. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs it and gets it finished. We like the independence of being a smaller group in such a big city. It keeps things simple and we can focus on the actual work instead of just talking about it.
