Kssd Buildcon Private Limited has its office on the second floor of Plot No.5 in Hardev Nagar, which is at Kh.No. 31/12. We are located in the Blk-A1 section of Jharoda Majra village in North Delhi. It is a bit tucked away, but it works well for us as a base. We handle all sorts of building and construction jobs around the city. Our days are mostly spent coordinating with different crews and making sure supplies show up where they are supposed to. It is not always easy. Sometimes the trucks get stuck in Delhi traffic or the labor doesn't show up on time. We have learned to handle these things over the years. The office is a simple place where we keep our records and have our meetings. We aren't into fancy decorations or making things look more impressive than they are. We are just a group of people who know the construction trade inside and out. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and build things properly. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve, but that is just the nature of the construction business. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just show up and get the work done as best as we can. It’s dusty and loud work, but we like it. Most of our clients are just people who heard about us from someone else. It is just a straightforward way to run things.
