Ksk Security & Facility Management

We have been operating Ksk Security & Facility Management from our office on the third floor at 96A Jasola Vihar for a while now. It is a busy place, honestly. Most days are just spent coordinating guards and making sure the cleaning staff show up where they are supposed to be. It’s not a glamorous job, but buildings need looking after and we are the ones doing it. If a pipe leaks or a door needs a guard, we get a call. Our desk is usually covered in schedules and old notebooks because things change fast in this business. We know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the lift in this building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs which keeps us moving. People around here know us as the security guys. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a couple of rooms with some chairs and a computer that sometimes acts up. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs facility help, they just come by or ring us. Managing people is tough, but we have been at it long enough to know how to handle the common headaches. It is just about getting the work done day by day without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy and that is fine with us.
