Ksj Realcon Llp is based out of Chattarpur, right on the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. We’re located at Kh No. 2/1 on the ground floor of the Prj Bajaj area. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. Being on the ground floor makes it easier for people to find us without wandering around a big building. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to handle our real estate work and keep the files in order. New Delhi is a big place, but this 110074 area has its own feel. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans or talking to people about land and buildings. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we do. The noise from the main road is something you just get used to after a while. We aren't a huge firm with a bunch of secretaries; it’s more hands-on than that. Most days involve a lot of coordination and making sure the paperwork is actually where it’s supposed to be. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes when things get busy, but we get through it. We’ve been in this part of town long enough to know the local shortcuts. We keep the office open and try to stay productive through the heat and the rain. It’s just a regular workplace for us, doing what we know best in this city.
