We are over in Sector 9 of Dwarka, tucked into Manzil Apartments at number 47. It’s a busy part of New Delhi, and honestly, the office gets pretty lively most days. We focus on real estate tech things, but we’re mostly just a small group of people working out of this apartment setup. Being in Dwarka makes sense for us because everything is right there. We spend a lot of time on our computers or talking on the phone with people looking for places. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Just a regular space where we get our work done. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We started this because we knew the area well and thought we could do something useful here. People come in and out, asking about properties or how the tech side of things works. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and while it’s hard work, it keeps us busy. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first arrived, but Sector 9 stays pretty much the same. If you’re around the apartments, you might see our sign or just hear us working away inside. We try to keep things simple and just handle whatever comes our way.
