Our office is tucked away in the Vardhaman Highway Shopping Plaza in Prashant Vihar. We are at B-15, D-14. It’s a decent spot with lots of little shops around, so there’s always somewhere to get a quick snack. We do construction and consulting. Most of our time is spent sitting around a cluttered table looking at project drawings and then driving out to sites to make sure the work is actually getting done. We’ve been in the 110085 area for quite a while now. The plaza is always full of people. We have a few desks and a big shelf filled with samples like tiles, different kinds of wood, and paint charts. It isn't the most organized office you'll ever see, but we know where things are. We aren't fans of fancy talk or big presentations. We just tell our clients how it is. If a job is going to take six months, we tell them it'll take six months. We don't like overpromising things just to get a contract. Most of our days are spent on the phone or stuck in Delhi traffic between different sites. It can be pretty tiring, but we have been doing this for years. The team is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We aren't trying to be famous, just trying to do solid work. If you're in the plaza, stop by, the chai downstairs is actually good.
