We operate Kqc Infrastructure out of F-503 in Prakriti Apartment, which is over in Dwarka Sector 6. It’s a bit different than a traditional office building because we are located in a residential complex. This gives the place a quiet feel, which is nice when we have to sit down and look at complicated infrastructure plans. Dwarka is a well-planned area, and being here makes it easy for us to reach different parts of New Delhi. We don't have a big reception area or a team of people in suits. It is mostly just us and our equipment. We deal with things like roads, bridges, and other big structures that people use every day. It’s practical work that requires a lot of attention to detail. Sometimes the work takes us far from the office for weeks at a time. When we are back in Sector 6, we catch up on the paperwork and plan for the next phase. The apartment office is full of maps and technical drawings. We’ve lived and worked in Delhi long enough to know how the weather and the seasons affect construction. We don't bother with fancy slogans or marketing. We just focus on the job at hand. If there is a problem at a site, we go there and fix it. That is how we have always done things. It’s a simple way of working that seems to suit us just fine.
