Kotec Mahindra

Down in Main Sagarpur, Street Number 2, that’s where you’ll find us. Kotec Mahindra is the name on the door at Rz 46. It’s a tight street, like most places in this part of Delhi. You have to watch where you park or the bikes will block you in. The office is simple. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have a small cooler that helps a bit. The neighbors are mostly families or small shops selling groceries. You hear the kids playing outside and the vegetable sellers calling out. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a room where we sit and handle things. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just wait it out while talking about the weather. It’s a very local vibe here. Most of us live nearby or take a long bus ride to get in. We keep a water dispenser in the corner. The walls are painted a dull cream color. It’s nothing special to look at but it’s our base. We’ve been here at Rz 46 for a good amount of time. People in the street know us. We just do our daily tasks and keep the place running. The ceiling fan is always on, and there’s a small calendar from last year still hanging by the door. We aren't big on decorating. It's just about getting the work done and heading home to our families.
