Knp Contractors Private Limited is based out of Jahangirpuri. We are in Flat No- 435 on the first floor. It is one of the Metro Apartment MIG DDA flats. Being near the metro is very helpful because the traffic in North West Delhi can be a nightmare. You can often hear the trains passing by if you listen closely. The flat is not huge, but it is enough for our team to sit and work on our contracts. We have turned the main living area into our office space. There are desks lining the walls and a lot of binders full of project details. 110033 is the area code here. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks to get some fresh air. The kitchen is mostly used for making coffee and storing water bottles. It feels more like a home than a business, which makes the long hours a bit easier. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We try not to make too much noise. The stairs are a bit narrow, so carrying big printers or boxes up can be a challenge. We mostly deal with local vendors and site managers. It is a busy life, but we like being right in the middle of a residential area. It keeps us grounded in the community.
