Knight Havana Drinks & Meals Private Limited

Knight Havana Drinks & Meals Private Limited is our small business based on New Berry Road. We aren’t in a shop on the street; instead, we work out of Flat No. 305 on the third floor of Shri Ram Apartment. It is a bit different than having a big sign outside, but it works for us. We handle both drinks and meals, so the kitchen is usually the busiest part of the day. There are just a few of us here, and we have to coordinate well so we aren’t bumping into each other in the small space. Some days the orders come in all at once, and it gets a little stressful, but we manage to get through it. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients and making sure we have everything we need for the day’s menu. We don’t do any big marketing or have a PR person. It’s just us doing the actual cooking and cleaning. The apartment building is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the busy roads nearby. We’ve had to learn how to keep everything organized because we don't have a huge warehouse for storage. Everything is right here in the flat. We don't have any flashy posters or corporate talk. If you know the address, you know where to find us. It is just a daily routine of making meals and hoping people are happy with what they get.
