We have our small office over in the New Asiatic Building, right in H-Block. It’s Flat No. 106 on the second floor. It’s an older building with a lot of character, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. Kirin Holdings Singapore Pte. Ltd. is based here, but don’t let the long name fool you. In this office, it’s just a few of us sitting at desks, handling paperwork and talking on the phone. It’s not a flashy corporate headquarters with glass walls. We have stacks of files and a coffee machine that we probably use too much. Most of our day is spent coordinating things and making sure the numbers add up. It gets a bit quiet in here compared to the busy streets outside, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. We aren't here to give sales pitches or use big buzzwords. We just do our work, file our reports, and try to get home on time. The lighting in the hallway isn't the best, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for what we need. It’s a practical space for a practical team. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy; usually, if the door rings, one of us just gets up to answer it and see who is there.
