Kipa Holdings Private Limited

Kipa Holdings Private Limited is based out of the Janta Flats in GTB Enclave, at number 1591. It is a bit different from your typical glass-and-steel office building, as it’s in a residential area. This gives it a much more local, neighborhood feel. We operate out of North East Delhi and have been here for a while. Our work involves managing various holdings and keeping everything in order. It’s a lot of record-keeping and staying on top of the details. Since we are in the flats, it’s pretty quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the numbers. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We didn't bother with a big sign or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way. The space is filled with folders and computers, and maybe too many coffee mugs on the desks. We like it this way because it’s comfortable and doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. GTB Enclave is a familiar place for us, and we like being part of the community here. We just go about our business quietly and try to make sure everything is handled properly for the holdings we manage. It’s not exciting work, but it’s important to us and we take it seriously in our own way. We keep the doors open during business hours and just stick to our schedule as best we can.
