Kin Infratech Private Limited is based out of House No-34 in Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice for getting our paperwork done. We handle a variety of infrastructure and building tasks around this part of the city. We aren't a big, polished company with a tall office building and a fleet of cars. We’re just a small group of guys working out of a residential area. Most of our time is spent on-site, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. We deal with everything from small repairs to bigger construction jobs that take months to finish. Najafgarh is a bit far out from the main city, so we mostly work with local suppliers and workers we've known for years. It’s an honest way to make a living and keep the lights on. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to sound more important than we are. If you need something built or checked, we just go and look at it ourselves. We’ve had to learn everything the hard way by doing it on the ground. There are plenty of challenges, like when the monsoons hit and everything slows down to a crawl. But we just pick up where we left off once the rain stops. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to keep the projects coming in so we can stay busy and keep the guys working.
