Kiddies Corner Preschool

Over at B-6 in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, you’ll find Kiddies Corner Preschool. It is a busy little place right in the middle of a very active neighborhood. If you know Lajpat Nagar, you know how crowded it can get with the markets and the shoppers. Our school is like a small quiet spot amidst all that chaos. We have a front gate where the kids come in, and we always have someone there to greet them. The rooms are bright and filled with all the things you’d expect for small children, like blocks and picture books. We don't have a giant playground, but we have enough space for the kids to run around a bit and play games. The staff spends a lot of time helping the children with their snacks and making sure they take their naps when they are supposed to. It is a lot of work, but it is just what we do. We don't use any fancy marketing talk here. We just show the kids how to share and how to write their names. The parents are usually in a hurry because of the traffic, so we try to make the drop-offs and pick-ups as quick as possible. It is a very straightforward place. We focus on the kids being happy and staying busy until their families come back for them. Most days are good, even if they are a bit loud and messy.
