You can find us at A-33 in Mandakini Enclave, which is part of Greater Kailash Part 2 in New Delhi. It’s a nice enough area, though the traffic on the main roads can be a bit of a headache during peak hours. Scholastic International has been set up here for some time. The office is located in a spot that feels a bit more like a residential neighborhood than a big business district, which we actually prefer. It keeps things a bit quieter so we can actually hear ourselves think while we work. There are some trees around and a bit of greenery that makes it pleasant to walk out during a break to get some fresh air. We’re not the type of place with a big receptionist or glass walls. It’s just a regular building where we do our thing. Everyone here is pretty grounded. We talk about the weather or the local cricket scores more than we talk about business strategies. It’s a very human way to spend the day. New Delhi is a huge city, but in Mandakini Enclave, things feel a bit smaller and more manageable for us. We just try to stay organized and get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s honest work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with big words or fancy promises.
