Tedco International

Tedco International is located over in Okhla Industrial Estate Phase I, at F 1/5. If you know the area, you know it's pretty loud and busy with all the trucks and factories nearby. Our building is one of the older ones, so it has that lived-in feel. Inside, it's mostly rows of desks and shelves filled with product samples and old catalogs. We’ve been here for a long time, and we don’t see any reason to move. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the overhead lights flicker every now and then, but it doesn't bother us much. We handle international trade, so our phones are always ringing at different times of the day. It’s a lot of coordination with people in different time zones. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break until it comes back. We aren't a corporate office with a dress code or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. We usually have lunch together in the small breakroom, which is just a table and a couple of chairs. It’s a practical environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just try to make sure every order is handled properly and that the paperwork is in order. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we’ve got a good rhythm going here.
