Kiara Constructions India Private Limited

Kiara Constructions runs out of a ground floor unit in the Epdp Colony in Chitranjan Park. If you know CR Park, you know it is a nice residential area with lots of trees and local markets. Our office is at I-1601, and it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have some desks set up and a small area where we meet with people to talk about construction plans. It is not the kind of place where you will find people in fancy suits. We are usually in our regular clothes, dealing with the daily headaches of getting building permits or finding the right materials for a job. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks scattered around. We like being in this part of New Delhi because it feels more personal. Most of the people we work with are from the nearby areas, so we end up chatting about local news while we work. It is a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to going out to check on a site in the heat. It is a lot of juggling different tasks, but we have been doing it this way for a while now. We do not try to sound bigger than we are; we just do the work that comes our way and keep things moving.
