Khazan Singh Developers Andconstructions Private Limited

We are over here in Kotla Maigram, right on the ground floor of house number two. It is pretty close to the DLF Tower-B, so it is usually easy for people to find us if they know that big building. Khazan Singh Developers Andconstructions Private Limited has been in this spot for a while now. Most days it is just us working through the paperwork or checking on different building sites. The area gets a bit busy with all the cars going toward the tower, but our little office stays mostly quiet. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk about plans. Construction is hard work and there is always something to fix or a new project starting up somewhere in Delhi. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or walking over to check on materials. It is not a glamorous job but it keeps us busy from morning till late evening. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to say hello or ask about what we are building next. We like being part of this local area. It feels right to be on the ground floor where people can just walk in if they need to ask a question. We do not really do much advertising because most people just know us from being around the neighborhood for so long. It is a simple setup we have here.
