Khari Baoli in Chandni Chowk is a place everyone knows for the spice market, but it is also where we are based. Our address is 46 New Katra, Ishwar Bhawan. If you have never been there, it is a real experience with the narrow lanes and the constant crowd of people and carts. It is loud, it is busy, and the air always smells like something strong and spicy. We work out of Ishwar Bhawan, which is one of those old buildings that has seen a lot of history in the heart of Old Delhi. Trying to get anything delivered here is a nightmare because of the rickshaws and the sheer number of people everywhere, but we manage to make it work every day. G C Products Pvt. Ltd. is just a small part of the daily grind in this part of town. We do not have a modern office with glass walls or anything like that; it is more about being right where the action is. The stairs are steep and the hallways are narrow, but it is home for the business. Every morning starts with the sound of the market waking up. We deal with various products and the endless paperwork that goes with them. It is a bit of a maze inside New Katra, and sometimes even we get turned around if we aren't paying attention. It is not a quiet place to work, but it has got a lot of character and we have grown used to it.
