KGA Buildcon Private Limited is located right near the Kondli Sabji Mandi. Our office is at B-77/A in Rajbir Colony, which is part of the Gharoli Extension. It’s on the second floor, and the building used to be numbered B-75/A, so it can be a little confusing if you’re looking at old maps or GPS. Being near the vegetable market means it’s always busy and loud around here, especially in the early mornings when the trucks come in to unload. We do construction work throughout North East Delhi and the surrounding parts. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some mismatched chairs, a computer, and piles of building plans. Most of our time is spent out on the roads or at various project sites around 110096. We’ve got a small crew that knows how to get things built without making a fuss. We don't use fancy jargon or try to impress people with big words and sales pitches. We just talk about bricks, cement, and hitting our deadlines. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork when the daytime gets too hectic to think straight. It's a tough business, but we like being part of the local community. You can usually find us around the office if we aren't stuck in some traffic jam on the way back from a site. We just want to do a decent job so people keep calling us back for the next thing.
