You can find us at the World Trade Centre on Babar Road. Kesar Buildwell Private Limited has been based here in room 409 for a while now. Being near Barakhamba Lane means it’s always crowded outside, which is just part of being in the middle of New Delhi. We do buildwell work, mostly dealing with the technical side of buildings and making sure everything is standing the way it should. The office isn't anything too crazy, just a regular place where we get our paperwork done and meet with people. We don't really go for all that corporate talk because we'd rather just talk about the actual bricks and mortar. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on various sites across the city. It gets pretty loud in this area with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We started this because we knew how to build things, and that’s what we keep doing. We don’t have a massive staff, just enough of us to keep the projects moving. Sometimes things go slow with permits or materials, but that’s just the construction business for you. We just try to get the job done without too many hiccups. It’s plain work, but it keeps us busy. We like being in this part of town because everything is reachable, even if the commute to the office is a bit much on some of the busier mornings.
