Keane India

We are based right here in New Delhi. Keane India has been operating out of this city for a good number of years now. Being in Delhi means there is always a lot of noise and energy right outside the doors. We don’t have a massive corporate lobby or anything fancy like that. It’s just a workspace where we show up, do the jobs assigned to us, and then head home to our families. Some of us take the metro and others drive. Either way, the commute is just part of the day. The office feels lived-in. There are stacks of papers here and there, and the furniture has seen better days. It works for what we need. We handle various tasks throughout the week. Some days are slower than others. We don’t really have a big public face or a shiny showroom. It’s just us inside, working away. We have a small pantry where someone usually leaves a box of biscuits or snacks. Sometimes we share them during a break. The weather in Delhi is either very hot or a bit chilly in the winter, so we adjust as the seasons change. We’ve got a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces too. It’s a plain, honest place to work. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the work is correct. We stay focused.
