Kdm Infrabuild Private Limited is tucked away in Sultanpur Colony, near Mehrauli. If you’re looking for us, we are at H No-7, right near Pole No-94. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the village roads, but we like it. The area has changed a lot since we first set up shop. We deal with building projects, mostly the infrastructure bits that require a lot of coordination. Our office is a basic room with some sturdy tables and a lot of maps of the South West Delhi area. It’s usually pretty loud outside with the local traffic and people going about their business. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are in the neighborhood. We spend our mornings drinking tea and figuring out the schedule for the crews. It can be a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we’ve learned how to manage. The walls in here could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy with the work outside to worry about that. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure everything is solid. It’s a practical way to make a living, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the common pitfalls. We are just local guys doing building work and making sure we get the measurements right the first time around.
