K.B.K. Constructions Private Limited

Our office is at B-194 in Chattarpur Enclave, Phase II. This part of New Delhi is known for its narrow lanes and the way buildings are tucked in close together. It can be a bit tricky to find us the first time, but once you know the landmark, it’s easy. K.B.K. Constructions Private Limited operates from this modest ground-floor space. We have a few heavy wooden desks and some old metal cupboards where we keep all the project records. The street outside is always full of life, with delivery bikes and people walking to the nearby shops. It gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the furniture. We don't have any fancy air conditioning systems, just a couple of wall units that we turn on when the heat gets unbearable. The office is a bit cluttered because we have samples of materials and rolls of drawings sitting in the corners. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work through the morning tasks. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need a lot of formal rules. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the construction projects we are currently handling. It’s a basic, honest way to run things and it fits the neighborhood perfectly.
